We are pleased to announce that The Brighton Base will be launching its very own podcast next month!
The podcast will bring together the latest Seagulls news, exclusive reporting, analysis and debate, whilst offering supporters another way to stay up to date with everything happening in all areas of the club.
No stone will be left unturned as the season unfolds, with Brighton Women and academy football among the topics set to be discussed.
A few familiar faces from within The Brighton Base are set to feature, but our cast list does not stop there.
Episodes will also feature journalists from other outlets, who will provide their own insight, as well as subject specialists who can help supporters understand some of the more complex topics at the Amex Stadium, such as the club’s finances.
Former Brighton players from both the men’s and women’s sides are among those set to feature too, ensuring that The Brighton Base Podcast offers a broad range of expert perspectives on the club.
The podcast will be available on all of the usual streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music.
Video versions of each recording will also be available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts, with the most important clips shared across TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
The Brighton Base Podcast will be free to listen to, with members able to play an even greater role in shaping episodes, including submitting questions for mailbag episodes and helping to steer future discussions.
The podcast will be produced by Neil Smith from 72Q Productions, with our first episode set to go live in mid-September. We can’t wait to get started.
