Brighton Under-21s secured their second Premier League 2 win of the season with a 4-2 victory away at Fulham on Friday night, thanks to a brilliant brace from Miah Oriola.

Shannon Ruth’s side came flying out of the blocks and raced into an early lead within three minutes after the Cottagers failed to clear Oriola’s cross, allowing Kofi Shaw to fire home from inside the box.

Eight minutes later, the Seagulls doubled their lead through Oriola after the winger danced past the Fulham backline and whipped a sensational curling effort into Dino Kaiser’s top corner.

A dominant start and an early 2-0 lead should’ve set up a comfortable evening for the Albion, but just four minutes after the second goal, MacAulay Zepa cut inside and halved the deficit with a low effort past Steven Hall.
