With just over 48 hours left of the transfer window, Brighton could be in for a hectic few days.

The Seagulls have been particularly busy this summer, overhauling their defensive ranks whilst also looking to bolster their attacking options.

Another signing or two is not being ruled out either, with exits at both ends of the pitch possible before Tuesday’s deadline, despite the growing list of players currently sidelined through injury.

Georginio Rutter, Kaoru Mitoma, Yankuba Minteh, Jack Hinshelwood and Yasin Ayari were all absent from Brighton’s defeat to Chelsea on Sunday. Michael Svoboda has also been absent from recent matchday squads, having suffered a minor knee problem in training.
