The Seagulls have made a flying start to the season, sitting third in the Premier League after five matches and recording impressive wins over Arsenal and Aston Villa.
Brighton’s strong start is all the more remarkable given the number of key players currently sidelined.
Kaoru Mitoma and Yankuba Minteh, two of the club’s most exciting attacking talents, are yet to feature this season, while Jack Hinshelwood has been nursing an ankle injury sustained in training since the opening weekend of the campaign.
