The UEFA Under-21 Euros kicked off last week and after one game week many of the young stars have already been linked with moves away from their club sides. The Premier League and Brighton in particular will have a keen eye on the competition, with soon-to-be new signing Diego Coppola playing for Italy and four other youngsters reportedly being tracked by the Seagulls.
According to TBR Football, Brighton have previously expressed an interest in AZ Alkmaar winger Ruben Van Bommel, who is the son of Bayern Munich legend Mark van Bommel, and he remains in their thoughts. With the youngster part of the Netherlands squad, the Seagulls will continue to monitor the 20-year-old's development closely.
