Brighton are always looking to the future and pushing to find ways that they can be multiple steps ahead of their rivals, and sometimes that is simply via transfers. The Seagulls like to bring in young talent who they can develop and turn into world class stars, and they may have just stumbled across their new top target in the shape of French-Congolese defender Tylel Tati.
The 2008-born Nantes prodigy is primarily a centre-back, but he is comfortable shifting to either flank when the full-back tucks inside to become a midfielder.
The 17-year-old is said to be showing maturity well beyond his years, and that prompted Nantes boss Luis Castro to task the prospect with slotting into the No.6 role too, where he can break up possession and progress through the lines.
