Swansea City have reached an agreement with Brighton over a loan deal for Malick Yalcouye, The Brighton Base can reveal.

Talks are ongoing with the player about making the switch to the Championship side though a total agreement with 19-year-old has not been reached at this stage, but he is thought to be keen on the move. Swansea boss Alan Sheehan is keen to add Yalcouye to his ranks and there is hope that the player will make a decision on his future this week.

Brighton made it clear earlier this summer that the teenager would be loaned out again this summer, despite impressing in pre-season and during his season-long loan spell with Sturm Graz.
