Brighton have reportedly set their sights on another South American talent, with Boca Juniors youngster Milton Delgado coming under consideration on the south coast.

The Seagulls have built a reputation for identifying and developing players from the continent in years gone by, although many of those signings have since departed over the past few months.

Nevertheless, Brighton are still alert to South American prospects, and El Intransigente report that they are interested in Delgado, who has made 17 appearances for Boca in all competitions so far this season.

The 20-year-old was a key player in Miguel Angel Russo’s side just a matter of months ago, but the arrival of Leandro Paredes from AS Roma over the summer has seen the youngster drop down the pecking order in midfield.
