Brighton are reportedly keen to sign Charlton Athletic youngster Micah Mbick this month.
The forward has been in sensational form so far this season out on loan with League Two side Colchester United, scoring six goals and registering two assists in 19 appearances.
Mbick’s displays has seen him tipped to have a big future with the Addicks, especially if manager Nathan Jones can guide the club to safety after a rocky start to life in the Championship.
But Brighton have now emerged on the scene and have hopes of luring the 18-year-old away from Charlton as soon as possible.
