Brighton are reportedly one of six Premier League outfits ‘keen’ to sign Lyon star Malick Fofana this summer. The winger has emerged as one of the most sought-after forwards of the transfer window so far following an impressive campaign in France.

Fofana made 41 appearances in all competitions for Lyon last season, scoring 11 goals and registering five assists, and his performances did not go unnoticed around Europe.

According to ESPN, six sides are interested in the Belgium international, including Brighton. Chelsea are particularly keen to acquire the services of Fofana as well and have already held talks over a deal, though Newcastle and Tottenham also have him in their sights.
