Premier League rivals 'submit bid' for Brighton target to hand Tony Bloom transfer dilemma

Brighton owner Tony Bloom has recently invested and acquired a share in Scottish club Hearts, and it could be another clever play from him as the Seagulls are reportedly keen on signing one the club’s young talents Keir McMeekin.
According to Edinburgh Evening News, Brighton are interested in signing the 15-year-old midfielder, but face competition from Premier League giants Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City - with the latter submitting an offer along with other unnamed clubs.
The Scottish midfielder is said to be still deciding his future and exploring his options, but he and his family have visited the Citizens’ and two other Premier League training grounds as they all look to tempt him away and win the race for his signature.
