Two Turkish clubs have reportedly registered an interest in signing Brighton’s Ferdi Kadioglu loan, who they acquired from Fenerbahce just 12 months ago for around £30million.

Disappointingly, the 25-year-old only played 440 minutes across the Premier League and EFL Cup last season due to a toe joint capsular tear, which saw him sidelined for 222 days and miss 33 games.

However, he did show glimpses of promise at times to justify why the Seagulls decided to spend big on him. Despite only playing eight games, he still managed to score two goals, with one being an important winner against Wolves to send Fabian Hurzeler’s side into the fourth round of the EFL Cup.
