Brighton are reportedly one of eight clubs hoping to sign forgotten Real Madrid wonderkid Endrick on loan in the January transfer window, but the chances of them winning the race for his signature already seem slim, with a clear favourite emerging from the pack.

The Seagulls have had a steady start to the season in terms of results, winning five Premier League matches, drawing three, and losing two.

Despite scoring 24 goals in 10 games and failing to find the back of the net on just one occasion, the interest in Endrick would certainly indicate that Brighton are considering attacking reinforcements in the January transfer window.
