After enjoying a busy start to the window, which saw six new arrivals, Brighton’s focus has naturally shifted to outgoings.
Jan Paul van Hecke completed a £52million transfer to Tottenham during the early stages of the window, whilst the Seagulls also sanctioned deals for Diego Coppola, Jeremy Sarmiento, James Beadle, Rodrigo Rego, and Yoon Do-young.
Despite needing a large squad for European football, the outgoings are set to continue, with the likes of Carl Rushworth, Igor Julio and Ibrahim Osman being linked with moves away.
Others are likely to join that list over the coming weeks, and a player whose name is beginning to circulate once more is Carlos Baleba.
