Fabian Hurzeler has responded to criticism from Brighton supporters following his side’s 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.
The loss leaves the Seagulls with just one win in their last 12 Premier League matches, slipping to 14th in the table and just eight points above the relegation zone.
Brighton’s poor form has been a source of frustration among some Seagulls fans, with chants of ‘you’re being sacked in the morning’ and ‘you don’t know what you’re doing’ being aimed at Hurzeler as a result.
Speaking to The Argus about those jibes, the ex-St. Pauli boss said: “It's not about me personally. It's always about the club, and I'm here to help the club. I'm here to achieve, together with my team, the best for this club, and I really enjoy working with the club.
