Fabian Hurzeler has addressed reports suggesting that he had sat down with Carlos Baleba to discuss the midfielder’s commitment to Brighton and game time.
The Cameroon international has endured a rollercoaster of a start to the season, with links to Manchester United and a knee injury taking their toll on his performances. However, following some strong words of advice from Hurzeler last week, Baleba impressed against Newcastle and looked back to his best.
Following his dominant performance, reports have claimed the ex-Lille star has spoken with his manager about how he remains committed to the Seagulls, despite United’s interest and how Bryan Mbeumo is pushing for his international teammate to join him at Old Trafford.
