Adam Webster has reflected on his departure from Brighton after a seven-year spell on the Sussex coast, describing his time with the club as the ‘most enjoyable part’ of his career.
The defender joined the Seagulls from Bristol City in the summer of 2019 for £20million and went on to play 158 games for the club under three different managers.
It wasn’t always plain sailing for the 31-year-old, with injuries forcing the centre-back to miss nearly 100 games across the last seven seasons.
The Englishman has been a free agent since the start of the month, but he has been linked with a variety of Championship clubs, including Watford and West Ham.
