Brighton had a busy January transfer window, completing 13 deals in total, including the return of a club legend, the loans of youngsters looking for minutes, and the sales of fringe players to the EFL.

Pascal Gross – The German returned to the south coast on New Year’s Day for a fee of just under £2million after 18 months away at Borussia Dortmund. The 34-year old’s return was the highlight of the window for every Brighton fan, and he showed his qualities with the opening goal against Everton last Saturday.
