Brighton are interested in Olympiacos defender Costinha, The Brighton Base can reveal.
The Seagulls are in the market for a right-back this summer, and the 26-year-old has therefore been shortlisted as a target. A deal has not been agreed upon between the two sides at this stage.
Costinha has made 35 appearances in all competitions so far this season, scoring once and registering a single assist.
The defender joined Olympiacos from Portuguese side Rio Ave in 2024 for a fee in the region of £2million, and the Greek giants are expected to bank a significant profit on that investment if they part ways with their No. 20 over the coming months.
