Brighton will be hoping a loan spell in League One can be the making of another of their youngsters.

The Seagulls announced earlier this weekend that Tommy Watson has joined Leicester City on a season-long loan deal.

The winger joined Brighton last year from Sunderland in a deal worth £10million, but has struggled for minutes since heading south.

After making 10 appearances in all competitions during the first half of last season, Watson joined Millwall on loan but played just 241 minutes for the Championship outfit.
