Charalampos Kostoulas: An in-depth look at how Brighton can maximise their Golden Boy nominee to full effect

While it may have taken more than a season, Charalampos Kostoulas, or, rather, the Kostoulas Brighton paid a reported £29.8million for, has arrived.
The youngster looked set to start his second season with the Seagulls on the bench, but an injury to the incumbent striker, Georginio Rutter, as well as the need for new signing Promise David to settle in, meant the Greek starlet would get a chance from the off. And, as we all know, he has grabbed it with both hands.
Kostoulas scored and provided an assist in Brighton’s second-leg victory over Tromsø as they qualified for the league phase of the UEFA Conference League, before scoring in three consecutive games: one against Coventry City in a 5-0 drubbing, followed by goals against Manchester United and Arsenal.
