It’s been a busy few days for Brighton, despite the summer transfer window only opening earlier this week.
The Seagulls recently reached an agreement with Tottenham for the sale of Jan Paul van Hecke, with the Dutchman heading to North London to reunite with Roberto De Zerbi.
After rejecting two initial offers from Spurs, an agreement has been struck for a fee of £52million. No add-ons were included in the deal, but Brighton did negotiate a 20 per cent sell-on clause.
Another sale in defence is starting to gain traction too.
